Terms and Conditions

• To confirm your tour reservation, 100% payment of the package is required for mainland Ecuador tours.
• For Galapagos tours, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% due 30 days before the tour start date.
• Payments guarantee the availability of services such as transportation, accommodations, guides, tickets, and activities.
• Accepted payment methods: bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and other secure electronic methods.

• Client: Person contracting the services of Real Dreams Tour Operator.

Real Dreams Tour Operator

• Provides high-quality and safe tourist services.
• Offers detailed information about travel destinations.
• Provides vouchers and necessary tour documents.

Client

• Understands and accepts the risks associated with the trip.
• Possesses valid travel insurance.
• Has all required immigration documents in order.
• Is in adequate health to participate in tour activities.

• The operator reserves the right to modify or cancel itineraries due to force majeure, unforeseen events, or situations beyond its control.
• Clients will be informed as far in advance as possible of any significant changes.

• Clients must ensure they have all necessary passports, visas, and entry requirements for Ecuador.
• The operator is not responsible for denied entry or documentation issues.

Mainland Ecuador Tours

• Full-day tours (1 day):
• 15 days in advance: 50% refund
• 2–15 days: 30% refund
• <48 hours: No refund
• 3–6 day tours:
• 7 days: 70% refund
• 3–7 days: 50% refund
• <3 days: No refund
• Programs of 13 Days or More
• More than 30 days before the trip:
  The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
  Any additional amount paid will be refunded.
• Between 30 and 15 days before the trip:
  A 70% penalty of the total program cost will apply.
  👉 If the program has been fully paid, a 30% refund will be issued.
• Between 14 and 7 days before the trip:
  An 80% penalty of the total program cost will apply.
  👉 A 20% refund will be issued if full payment has been made.
• Less than 7 days before the trip or no-show:
  A 100% penalty applies (no refund).
• Note: Some services may be non-refundable, such as entrance tickets, trains, or internal flights.

Galapagos Tours

• Due to logistics, some services are non-refundable (flights, cruises, park admission).
• Rescheduling: Free if requested more than 20 days before the tour.
• Travel credits may be issued for cancellations within allowed timeframes, valid for 12 months, non-transferable, non-refundable.
• All cancellations must be sent in writing to: info@realdreamsecuador.com

• Complaints should be reported during the tour to the guide for immediate solutions.
• If unresolved, submit in writing within 15 days of the tour’s end.
• The operator reserves the right to use photos and videos from tours for promotional purposes unless clients expressly deny permission at booking.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador
