It's also one of the youngest islands in the Galapagos, with incredible geological formations resulting from recent volcanic activity, which contrasts sharply with the older, more vegetated islands.

A guided hike along a boardwalk will take you to the summit, where you'll be rewarded with the iconic panoramic view of Pinnacle Rock, a basaltic tuff cone that is one of Ecuador's most photographed landmarks.

During this adventure, you'll have the unparalleled opportunity to snorkel in the crystal-clear waters of Bartolome Bay, where you can swim alongside endemic Galapagos penguins, the only tropical penguin species! green turtles, spotted eagle rays, and whitetip reef sharks. Afterward, we'll return to Santa Cruz Island.
