Our Reviews About This Tour

Amazing view and great guide!

5/5

A really great trip and a really nice guide named Pedro. And you get a lot for the money.
We went to a local market, local farmer, and a local gallery before heading to the lagoon. The view here was really amazing! We got some time for ourselves to go down to the crater and kayak (kayak not included but only 3 dollars per person). Afterwards lunch were included.
The guide Pedro is very reliable and you feel comfortable in his presence.
I recommend bringing snacks and lots of water as the trek back up from the crater can be challenging. And dress in layers as it is very cold and windy on top and warm down in the crater.
I can really recommend this trip, guide and company

Fantastic!!!!

5/5
I had a great experience with the Quilotoa tour! Mainly due our amazing guide Pedro in Quito! He was just incredible! He knew pretty much everything about the history, culture and people of Ecuador! My friend made lots of questions and he answered all of them with minimum details and with a perfect English!!! Pedro was so patient with us, he didn’t rush us at all, he made lots of stops so we could take pictures, and of course, every stop he gave us lots of information about the place! Just what we look for on a guide! We now want to go for other tours and will make sure we’ll have him as our guide again! It was a great experience and it was worth every penny! Thank you again Pedro!

Laguna de Quilotoa tour

5/5
On November 11th my friends and I went on the Laguna de Quilotoa tour with Pedro our tour guide. The day started really well, with Pedro being able to rally the guys into having a great start with his humour and knowledge. He allowed everyone to get to know each other and emphasised the important parts of the trip. Pedro’s experience and his ability to relate to the group inspired hope within our group to continue to challenge ourselves on other hikes. For things to do in Ecuador and especially in Quito a visit to Laguna De Quilotoa is a must. We hiked down which was enjoyable as the weather conditions were great and the hike up was challenging but very do able I managed to hike up in 35 minutes and felt exhilarated by the end as this was my first experience hiking.

Great tour/Fantastic time

5/5
We went on the Laguna de Quilotoa tour. We had a fantastic time. Pedro, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time explain every important site along the way. He truly made the tour fun and memorable. Laguna de Qilotoa is a magical place and a must see. We hiked down to the laguna shore and decided to pay the nominal fee to climb back up on a burro. That was a lot of fun! The hike is a bit steep so we would highly recommend the burro ride going back up. The views of the laguna from above were amazing. We highly recommend this tour when visiting Quito.
